Aptly continues to grow team to power intelligent resident conversations with artificial intelligence (AI).

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 07, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ — Aptly, Multifamily’s first AI-powered communication platform, has announced the addition of Michael Lin as Head of Data Science. Lin, a Multifamily industry veteran, is a recognized technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence. “There is an untapped goldmine of conversation data sitting in the siloed inboxes of property staff. Aptly’s disruptive technology uses AI to decipher communication patterns with residents and prospects to improve customer experience, drive property performance and provide preemptive early warnings to costly mistakes,” said Lin.

Aptly has mapped the apartment communication genome by processing millions of conversations between property teams, residents and prospects. Aptly finds patterns in conversations across multiple communication channels to provide users with an accurate view of their relationships, while automating responses to common questions. With this intelligence, property teams can focus on delivering an optimal resident experience while driving property performance.

“We are thrilled to have Mike join Aptly” said Aptly’s CTO Adam Silverthorne. “His unique mix of experience in both AI and Multifamily make him a great fit for our team. He has already made an impact, and we look forward to his future contributions to our currently existing powerful platform.”

Previously Lin has held AI-related positions at Intel and was the CTO of OpsTechnology, a multifamily procurement platform acquired by RealPage in 2008.

Aptly is announcing new features at NMHC OPTECH, November 14-16, 2018. Come see us at booth #330 to learn more about how your teams can thrive in the new relationship era.
