The Role

We’re user-centric and deeply focused on solving critical customer problems. We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Your Daily Activities include

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
  • State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations,)
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Basic Qualifications

  • Being data-driven and kind of a data geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking
  • 1- 3 years in the instructional design experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Enjoy a startup environment
  • Being curious and creative
  • Self-Driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently
  • Passion for the problem we are trying to solve within the industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the multifamily industry and the challenges within a management office
  • Understanding communication tools like Outlook/MS Exchange, Gmail, SMS and IVRs
  • Clear communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Must be goal-oriented with a go-getter attitude! “No” only challenges you to keep looking for the “yes”
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful experience working remotely
