The NARPM Charleston Oyster Roast has grown from a small local gathering into one of the Charleston property management community’s most anticipated annual events. The 2027 celebration expands into two days, beginning with a one-day conference and trade show built around high-impact education and networking, followed by the annual waterfront oyster roast with oysters, BBQ, music, fire pits, and a laid-back Lowcountry atmosphere.

Fri, Feb 19 — 8:00 AM–7:15 PM — One-Day Conference, Trade Show & Happy Hour: Breakfast and networking, TED Talk-style education sessions, sponsor highlights, lunch, and a closing happy hour at The Harbour Club at WestEdge.
Sat, Feb 20 — Morning & Midday — Charleston Activities: Optional Ravenel Bridge run or walk and a walking tour of historic Charleston.
Sat, Feb 20 — 4:00–8:00 PM — Annual Charleston Oyster Roast: Oysters, BBQ, music, fire pits, waterfront views, and community at 1155 Eaglewood Trail on Clark’s Sound.
