FutureBuilt at NARPM National

Walk in with a manual process. Walk out with a working system built inside your own Aptly account.

Date: October 11, 2026

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Venue: TBD

FutureBuilt at NARPM National is not a conference track—it is a hands-on working session for Aptly customers. Bring a laptop and your Aptly account, and build directly inside the system throughout the day. The morning focuses on creating an owner acquisition engine that finds, qualifies, nurtures, and converts leads. The afternoon shifts to operational visibility, with practical dashboards for leasing, renewals, and the blind spots unique to your business. Every block ends with something live in your account, not another slide to review later.

Schedule

8:00 AM — Check-in, Coffee & Setup Verification: Get logged in, confirm your Aptly account is ready, and prepare your workspace for a full day of hands-on building.

8:30 AM — Where Owner Leads Actually Come From Now: See how owner search behavior has changed, why prospects increasingly ask AI assistants who to hire, and how a real lead journey compares with what most property management websites are built to do.

8:50 AM — Layer One — The Website That Converts: Learn the difference between a brochure site and an engagement site. Get a first look at Aptly’s new website product, choose a template, and begin getting your own owner-facing site live in the room.

9:40 AM — Layer Two — Competitive Market Analysis on Demand: Generate a real market analysis for a real property, then automate delivery so it fires the moment an owner submits an address and contact information.

10:30 AM — Morning Break: Pause, recharge, and get help with anything from the first two build layers.

10:45 AM — Layer Three — Capture, Qualify & Score: Connect your site to an Owner Leads Board, define your own scoring rules, and separate a qualified owner from a tire kicker before your team spends time on a call.

11:30 AM — Layer Four — AI Agents Across Phone, Text & Email: Call an AI agent live in the room, see how it handles the conversation, then map after-hours coverage, text and email responses, and the exact point where a human takes over. Turn on one channel in your own account.

12:15 PM — Working Lunch: Sit with operators of a similar market size and an Aptly team member at every table.

1:00 PM — Layer Five — Convert & Onboard: Build the path from proposal to signed agreement to onboarding, including follow-up for quiet leads, the sales-to-operations handoff, and an owner onboarding checklist that runs itself.

1:45 PM — Run One Lead Through the Whole System: Move a single lead from anonymous visitor to funded door, then add a growth dashboard showing pipeline stage, source attribution, cost per door, and where leads are stalling.

2:00 PM — The Dashboard Framework: Learn the three-question pattern behind every operational dashboard: what falls through, what signals it, and what closes it. Use the same framework throughout the afternoon and after Vegas.

2:20 PM — Build the Leasing Dashboard: Install Aptly’s dashboard, then adapt it to expose days on market, showings-to-applications, applications stuck in screening, and vacant units with nothing booked this week.

3:10 PM — Afternoon Break: Take a short break and get direct help tuning your leasing dashboard.

3:25 PM — Build the Lease Renewals Dashboard: Surface renewal windows, residents at risk, offers sent versus accepted, and increases that never went out. Then connect the dashboard to automated outreach so it works the list for you.

4:15 PM — Build Your Own Operational Dashboard: Choose one blind spot in your business and build a dashboard for it with an Aptly engineer at your table. Start from a ready-to-clone template or build from scratch.

5:00 PM — Customer Demos & Your Monday Plan: Watch five customers share what they built, then choose the one thing you will finish in the next two weeks and set an office-hours cadence to keep it moving.

5:30 PM — FutureBuilt Reception: Close the day with the FutureBuilt community, continue the conversations, and compare what everyone built.
