Hosted by the NARPM Atlanta Chapter, the 2026 Southern States Conference brings together residential property management professionals from across the Southeast for four days of education sessions, designation classes, networking, and a regional vendor trade show. The Southern States Conference is one of NARPM’s flagship regional events — the place where brokers, owners, and property managers from Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Florida, and the surrounding region come together to share what is working, see what is next, and build relationships that move companies forward.
